We want you to love your PUREVE products. If you're not satisfied, we make returns easy.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange on any product purchased from PUREVE. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email returns@pureve.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to us (return shipping is on us for US orders).
  4. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • At least 50% unused (we understand you may need to test it)

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at returns@pureve.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement free of charge ??no need to return the original.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please email us at returns@pureve.com and we'll investigate.
