We want you to love your PUREVE products. If you're not satisfied, we make returns easy.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange on any product purchased from PUREVE. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email returns@pureve.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us (return shipping is on us for US orders).
- Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- At least 50% unused (we understand you may need to test it)
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at returns@pureve.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement free of charge ??no need to return the original.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please email us at returns@pureve.com and we'll investigate.
