30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased from mijiela.com. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for a refund:
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
REFUND PROCESS To request a refund, email us at support@mijiela.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Once we receive your request, we will:
1. Review your request within 1-2 business days
2. Send you return instructions (if applicable)
3. Issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
RETURN SHIPPING Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@mijiela.com within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge.
EXCHANGES We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
