Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Times & Costs

We currently ship to the United States.

Standard	5–8 business days	Free on orders over $50, otherwise $4.99
Expedited	2–4 business days	$9.99

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment. You can also track your order from your account page.

Lost or St Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please email orders@pureve.com within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
